📖 System Walkthrough Guide

Type the name and description. The system will automatically detect the country, city, and timezone in the background.

As you type, the system checks existing records in real-time. If an identical or similar record exists, it shows an alert and an instant "Edit" shortcut.

Typing a hotel name slides open a live Google Map preview beneath the form to confirm the location before saving.

While typing in the Add Record form, the clocks panel automatically filters to show ONLY the detected country clock in real-time.

When searching or filtering by country chip, the clocks panel shows ONLY the clocks belonging to countries present in the matched search results.

Clicking any hotel card in the list filters the world clocks panel instantly to only display that selected hotel's country clock.

When none of the above are active (empty search, empty form, no card clicked), all registered countries are shown without any filter.

Each record card has a flag button (e.g. 🇹🇷, 🇷🇺, 🇩🇿, 🇮🇹, 🇬🇷). Clicking it triggers the map to center right on that specific hotel.

Use the external link button above the map to open Google Maps in a new tab for driving directions, street view, and reviews.

Typing a city or hotel name into the search bar dynamically refreshes the map view with a smooth 350ms debounce.

Search queries execute dynamically after 200ms of typing without reloading the page, updating list counts and map seamlessly.

Matching words inside hotel names and descriptions are brightly highlighted with yellow markers for fast visual scanning.

Click on country badge chips (e.g. 🇹🇷 Türkiye (15), 🇷🇺 Rusya (8)) to isolate records for that country immediately.

Clicking the pin icon keeps important hotels locked at the very top of the list across searches and pagination.

Clicking 📋 next to hotel name, description, or info note copies text directly to your clipboard with a "Copied!" toast.

Overview cards report total countries, average records per country, and the leading destination country.

Each country card shows visual percentage progress bars and lists all hotels associated with that country.

Clicking "🏠 Home" from analytics always returns to the main page with zero filters, displaying all records cleanly.

Click on the 💻 badge in the top-right corner to assign a department or device name (e.g. Confirme, Reservation, Accounting, Operations).

Whenever you add or edit a record, your device name is silently saved into the database without prompting.

Each card shows 💻 [Device Name] next to its date, plus ✏️ [Device Name] if it was modified by another computer.
